HDB Youth programs are operated by Hdb Jouvence Inc. Specific program terms, schedules, and fees are provided at registration.
Participants are expected to treat staff, mentors, and fellow participants with respect. Hdb Jouvence Inc. reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe.
We may take photographs during programs for promotional purposes. Written consent is obtained from participants or their guardians before any images are used publicly.
Hdb Jouvence Inc. shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from program participation. Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific program.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
